Pursuant to the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, for the Protection of Personal Data, OTEADOR SL, with NIF: B84556778, informs the User that it is the rightful owner of personal data files registered in the R.G.P.D. (General Register of Data Protection) in which their data is incorporated and is used for the purposes of providing requested services and sending them information related to our business that could be of interest to them.

1) TRANSMISSION AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA

For the transmission of personal data it is obligatory to contact and receive information about the services provided by OTEADOR SL. At the same time, not facilitating the personal data requested or not accepting the current data protection policy shall make it impossible to subscribe, register or receive information of said services.

In accordance with the established Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, of the Protection of Personal Data, we inform that the personal data obtained as a consequence of the transmission of personal data, will be incorporated into a file titled OTEADOR SL, with registered address at C/VELAZQUEZ 154 Bajo IZQ, 28002 – MADRID, having implemented all security measures by Royal Decree 1720/2007.

2) PRECISION AND VERACITY OF THE DATA PROVIDED

The User who transfers the information to OTEADOR SL is the only one responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data included, exonerating OTEADOR SL of whatever responsibility in that respect.

The users guarantee and respond, in whatever case, for the precision, validity and authenticity of those personal details provided, and commit to maintaining them duly updated.

The user accepts to provide information completely and correctly in the registry form or subscription.

OTEADOR SL does not respond to the veracity of the information that may not be its own and that indicates an outside source, for that it does not assume any responsibility, either, with respect to hypothetical damage that might arise from the use of said information. OTEADOR SL is exonerated from any responsibility for any damage or harm that could be suffered by the User as a consequence of errors, defects or ommissions, in the information provided by OTEADOR SL that comes from outside sources.

3) TRANFERRING DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

As long as the User has consented to the relevant treatment of personal details, the User authorises OTEADOR SL, to release their personal data to other companies of the group, but not releasing personal data to third parties or outside sources at the same time. However, in the case of being able to release data to some third parties prior information will be provided requesting the express consent of the involved party by virtue of Art. 6 LOPD.

4) PRIVACY POLICY ON SOCIAL NETWORKS

OTEADOR SL informs the users that it has created a page on the Social Networks with the purpose of advertising its products and services.

If the user has their own profile in the same social network and they can decide to freely connect with said page for their own interest in the information advertised on the site. By the user connecting to this page they give their consent to the processing of the personal details published on their profile.The user can at any time access the privacy policy of the social network to configure their profile to guarantee their privacy. OTEADOR SL has access and processes only information which is published by the user, such as their name. These details, are only used within that social network and are not entered into any file.

The access rights, rectification, cancellation and opposition, can be exercised before OTEADOR SL, taking into account that they will be defined by the functionality of the social network and the capacity to access the information of the user profiles.

OTEADOR SL can only do the following:

Access public information from the profile

Publish all information on the user profile that is already published on the OTEADOR SL page.

Send personal messages through the Social Network channels.

Update the page status that will be published on the user profile.

The user can always control their connections, delete the contents that do not interest them and restrict someone from sharing their connections, for that the user should access the privacy configuration settings.

a.             Publications

The user, once connected to the page of OTEADOR SL, will be able to publish on this page whatever type of comment or content supported by the Social Network. The user, should be the owner of those comments and enjoy the rights as the author and intellectual property or have the consent of the third parties involved. It is expressly prohibited, any publication that infringes the legal rights of any intellectual or industrial property, images, in which case OTEADOR SL reserves the right to immediately remove the content and/or to permanently block the user. OTEADOR SL is not responsible for the content published by users. The user should take into account that their publications will be seen by other users, being themselves responsible for their privacy. The published contents will not be stored on any file on behalf of OTEADOR SL.

b.             Competitions and Promotions

OTEADOR SL reserves the right to hold competitions and promotions, in which users connected to the page can participate in. The databases for each of these, always and when used by the Social Network, will be published on the same, complying with the LSSI-CE and with whatever other rule applicable.

c.             Publicity

OTEADOR SL will use the Social Network to advertise its products and/or services, and it will not be considered publicity the fact of recommending other users to the page of OTEADOR SL, so that they may also get to know and enjoy the promotions and be informed of their activity.

5)  EXERCISING ACCESS RIGHTS, AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND OBJECTIONS

You can direct your communications and exercise your rights of access, amendments, cancellations and objections by mail to C/Velazquez 154, Bajo IZQ, 28002 – MADRID, or by email: starvie@starvie.com, together with legal valid proof, a photocopy of the DNI and indicating in the subject ‘DATA PROTECTION’.

6)  ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

The user declares that having been informed of the conditions about personal data protection, they accept and consent to the use of those by OTEADOR SL, by means of the purposes indicated in the current Personal Data Protection Policy.

7)  CHANGES TO THE CURRENT PRIVACY POLICY

OTEADOR SL reserves the right to modify the current policy in order to adapt to new legislations or jurisprudence as well as to industry practices. In such cases, OTEADOR SL, will annouce on this page the changes introduced with reasonable notice of their implementation.
