HOW DO WE DELIVER?

 

StarVie commits to deliver to the address provided. Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address.

Please make sure to write the full delivery address and specify the contact person. A contact phone number is mandatory to guarantee a precise delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to any P.O. Box

 

DELIVERY TIME

 

Delivery time in Spain (peninsula) is 48-72 hours work days.  Star Vie will always  try to deliver as brief as possible. In those areas more distant from the cities, please consider a slightly superior delivery time.    Orders exit from our factory Monday's to Friday's except for holidays.

 

CHANGES AND RETURNS

 

What happens if I made a mistake choosing a size?

If you receive your product and the size is not the appropriate, you may change the size within 14 days of delivery. If you choose to return any product please follow this steps:

 

1.- Send an email  informing us about the change and asking us for a new size.

 

2.-  When you receive our answer, please send the product sealed in its original package and with its label, back to us within 14 days of your order to the following address:

 

3.- The direct cost of the return of the products will be paid by you

Once we have verified the returned product, we will proceed to redeliver the ordered size without charge.

 

What do I do if there is any problem with a product?
